Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Global Zone Overseas Consultancy, we are committed to offering transparent services to our clients. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may request cancellations and refunds for services availed through our consultancy.

Service Cancellation Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email or official communication channels. Cancellation requests will only be considered if the service process has not been fully initiated or significant work has not been completed. Once applications are submitted to universities, immigration authorities, or embassies, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover advisory services, administrative costs, and professional expertise. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered only in the following cases: Duplicate payment made by the client. Cancellation request before the initiation of any advisory or processing work. Fees paid towards government authorities, embassies, universities, or third-party vendors are strictly non-refundable.

👉 Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days after approval of the request. Refunds will be credited to the client’s original payment method (bank transfer, card, or digital wallet). Proof of payment must be provided to initiate a refund request.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations: Visa rejection by an embassy or immigration authority. Admission refusal by a university or institution. Delay or rejection due to incomplete, false, or misleading information/documents provided by the client. Change of mind after service initiation.
